The 12th Parliament of Malaysia enters its fifth term Monday, opened by the new Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, who for the first time in the history of the nation, will be the first Agong to have opened Parliament in two separate terms as King.
